Claims (5)
- 기판과 상기 기판에 형성된 광도파로를 구비하는 광분배기에 있어서,상기 광도파로는,일단면(一端面)으로 광신호가 입력되는 제 1 입력도파로, 상기 제 1 입력도파로의 타단면(他端面)에 일단면이 연결되며 광신호의 진행방향을 따라 그 폭이 점점 넓어지는 형태로 일측 외면이 테이퍼진 비대칭형의 제 1 연결도파로, 상기 제 1 연결도파로의 타단면에서 분기되어 일단면이 연결되며 타단면으로 광신호가 출력되는 복수의 제 1 출력도파로를 가지는 제 1 광도파로; 및일단면(一端面)으로 광신호가 입력되는 제 2 입력도파로, 상기 제 2 입력도파로의 타단면(他端面)에 일단면이 연결되며 광신호의 진행방향을 따라 그 폭이 점점 넓어지는 형태로 일측 외면이 테이퍼진 비대칭형의 제 2 연결도파로, 상기 제 2 연결도파로의 타단면에서 분기되어 일단면이 연결되며 타단면으로 광신호가 출력되는 복수의 제 2 출력도파로를 가지는 제 2 광도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광분배기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 입력도파로의 길이방향 이등분선과 복수의 상기 제 1 출력도파로 중 최외측에 위치된 어느 하나의 상기 제 1 출력도파로의 길이방향 이등분선은 동일직선상에 위치되고,상기 제 2 입력도파로의 길이방향 이등분선과 복수의 상기 제 2 출력도파로 중 최외측에 위치된 어느 하나의 상기 제 2 출력도파로의 길이방향 이등분선은 동일직선상에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광분배기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 광도파로와 상기 제 2 광도파로는 가상의 직선에 대하여 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 광분배기.
