조명등 본체의 가장자리 부분에 설치되어 상기 조명등 본체의 하부에 조명등 커버를 결합하거나 분리하는 조명등 커버용 탈착 장치로서,
상기 조명등 본체의 가장자리 부분에 형성된 관통구멍의 상부를 덮는 연결편과, 상기 연결편에서 연장되어 일부가 상기 조명등 본체의 가장자리 부분 밖으로 돌출될 수 있는 손잡이를 갖는 손잡이부;
상기 관통구멍의 하부를 덮으며 상기 연결편에 회전 가능하게 체결되는 체결편과, 상기 체결편에서 하향 단차지게 형성되며 상기 손잡이의 회전에 따른 상기 체결편의 회전에 따라 상기 조명등 본체의 하부에 위치하는 상기 조명등 커버 외곽의 걸림턱에 걸리거나 이탈하여 상기 조명등 본체에 대해서 상기 조명등 커버를 탈착하는 결합편을 갖는 탈착부;
