Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 추 고정 나사의 나사부를 합성골로 코팅하여 삽입된 나사부 주변의 공간에서 자가골화가 이루어져 삽입된 척추 고정 나사를 더욱 안정적으로 유지할 수 있으며, 이탈을 방지하는 것이 가능한 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)
- 로드를 통과시키는 일정 공간을 가지며, 통과된 상기 로드를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단이 마련되는 헤드부;
상기 헤드부의 하부에 연결되며, 척추 뼈와 나사결합 되도록 나사산이 형성된 나사부; 및
상기 척추뼈와 나사부의 융합을 활성화시키는 물질이 상기 나사부에 코팅되는 코팅층; 을 포함하고,
상기 코팅층의 외면에 코팅되는 물질은 분말 상태의 합성골이고,
상기 합성골은 고압을 가해 상기 나사부의 외면에 상기 분말 상태의 합성골이 박히도록 코팅하고,
상기 합성골은 칼슘 및 인 중 어느 하나 이상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 나사. - 제1항에 해당하는 복수의 척추 고정 나사; 및
상기 복수의 척추 고정 나사를 연결하여, 인접한 척추 뼈가 거리를 확보하여 고정되게 하는 로드; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 장치.
