Abstract
본 발명은 전분을 포함하여 합성수지가 미생물에 의해 분해되므로 환경오염을 줄일 수 있어 친환경적이고, 국화석과 나노클레이를 포함하므로 전분에 의해 약해진 강도를 보충할 수 있으며, 음이온이 방출되는 효과와 함께 강도, 강성, 내열성, 비투과성 및 산화안정성이 향상되는 등 물성이 개선되는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 목분의 탄화점인 175℃이하에서 압출성형되므로 목분이 탄화되지 않아 양질의 합성목재를 생산할 수 있다.

40 ~ 60 중량%의 산화방지제와 40 ~ 60%의 자외선방지제로 구성된 항산화제 11 ~ 12 중량%;
착색제 11 ~ 12 중량%;
난연제 11 ~ 12 중량%;
윤활제 11 ~ 12 중량%; 및
나노클레이 0.7 ~ 1.3 중량%;
