Claims (6)
- 연성을 가지고 일정길이로 형성되며 다수의 엘이디(112)가 일정간격으로 형성된 PCB(110)와 일정길이를 가지며 상기 PCB(110)가 설치되는 절연체(120)를 포함하여 이루어진 모듈부(100)를 포함하되,
상기 PCB(110)는 미리 꼬여 탄성에너지가 내재된 상태로 상기 절연체(120)에 설치되어 설치되는 장소에 따라 높은 내구성을 유지하며 자유롭게 형상을 변형시킬 수 있는 것이며,
상기 절연체(120)는 상기 PCB(110)가 결합되는 결합홈(122)과 상기 PCB(110)와 병렬로 연결되어 전력을 공급하는 전선(130)이 설치되는 한 쌍의 전선홈(126)을 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 전선홈(126)은 서로 이격되게 형성됨으로써, 상기 전선(130)이 합선되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지가 내재된 가요성 조명모듈 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 PCB(110)는 길이방향을 따라 시계 방향과 반시계 방향으로 번갈아가며 꼬이게 형성되어, 높은 변형성과 유동성을 가질 수 있도록 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지가 내재된 가요성 조명모듈 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 PCB(110)는 실장된 다수의 엘이디(112) 사이가 꼬이게 형성되되.
상기 엘이디(112)는 상기 PCB(110) 폭의 4~6배의 간격거리로 상기 PCB(110)에 설치되어 원활하게 꼬일 수 있도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지가 내재된 가요성 조명모듈 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 모듈부(100)는 상기 모듈부(100)가 끼워지는 보호공간(210)과 상기 보호공간(210)의 상단에 형성되는 분산공간(220)을 포함하여 이루어는 보호캡(200)에 설치되어, 상기 모듈부(100)에서 발광하는 빛이 상기 분산공간(220)을 관통함으로써 조도영역을 확산시킬 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지가 내재된 가요성 조명모듈 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 보호캡(200)에는 일단에 관통구(310)가 형성된 전원단자(300)가 나사(320)를 통해 결합되되, 상기 나사(320)는 상기 보호캡(200)과 상기 절연체(120)를 관통하여 상기 전선(130)에 접하며 상기 전원단자(300)에 인가되는 전력을 공급하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지가 내재된 가요성 조명모듈 장치.
