상기 줄기초(10) 상면으로 네 변에 후렌지(21)가 형성된 단위패널(20)을 안착시키며, 상기 단위패널(20)의 후렌지(21)가 면접촉되도록 상호 맞대어 조립한 바닥판부(30)와;
상기 바닥판부(30)의 상면보다 하향으로 단차를 이루어 배수유도로(40')가 형성되도록 바닥판부(30) 단위패널(20) 사이에 단위패널(20)의 후렌지(21)보다 높이가 낮은 후렌지(41)로 네 변을 구성하면서 단위패널(20)의 후렌지(21) 하단과 동일 선상으로 일치되게 조립하여 단위패널(20)보다 하향으로 단차지게 구성하여 설치되는 적어도 1개 이상의 배수유도패널(40)과;
상기 단위패널(20)의 후렌지(21)와 배수유도패널(40)의 상면 가장자리 모서리에 내측 하향으로 경사지게 설치되어 보온시트(50)와 방수시트(60)의 급격한 꺽임을 방지하면서 지지하도록 설치되는 방수시트지지부재(80)와;

상기 배수유도패널(40)의 일측에 하부로 관통되도록 연결되는 드레인관(70)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 물탱크의 바닥판 배수장치.
