Abstract
본 발명은 비만 등의 대사질환에 대한 다량의 새로운 유전자 타겟을 제시함으로서 보다 신뢰도 높은 비만 등의 유전자 진단 및 이를 기초로 한 치료제 후보물질의 스크리닝에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

- 진뱅크(GenBank) 접근번호 NM_146416의 뉴클레오타이드 서열에 특이적으로 결합하는 프라이머 또는 프로브를 포함하는 비만, 이상지방혈증(dyslipidemia), 지방간 및 인슐린 저항성 증후군(Insulin resistance syndrome)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 대사질환(metabolic disease)의 진단 키트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 키트는 마이크로어레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 키트는 유전자 증폭 키트인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진뱅크(GenBank) 접근번호 NM_146416의 뉴클레오타이드 서열은 대사질환 환자로부터 저발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이상지방혈증은 고지혈증인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인슐린 저항성 증후군은 인슐린 저항성에 의한 비만, 고혈압, 동맥경화, 고지혈증, 고인슐린혈증, 비알콜성 지방간 및 제2형 당뇨병으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 질환을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 키트.

(b) 상기 뉴클레오타이드 서열의 발현량을 측정하는 단계, 상기 진뱅크 접근번호 NM_146416의 뉴클레오타이드 서열의 저발현이 억제되는 경우에는 상기 시료는 비만, 이상지방혈증, 지방간 및 인슐린 저항성 증후군으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 대사질환 치료제 조성물로 판정된다.
