상기 램프하우징(10)의 전후방하우징(11,12) 내부에 각각 위치되는 평면이 원형인 알루미늄재질의 판체로, 상면에는 상부로 다수 개의 방열핀(21,31)이 각각 돌출되고, 상기 좌우측축공(15,15a)(16,16a)의 연장선상에는 캡너트(24b,34b)와 너트(24a,34a)에 의해 전후방하우징(11,12)에 각각 축고정된 축볼트(24,34)가 축삽입되는 축삽입공(23,33)이 각각 형성되며, 상면에 위치된 방수터미널박스(25)를 통한 전원선(25a,25b)이 실리콘으로 방수처리되어 하부로 각각 관통되고, 외주연에는 외측나사부(26,36)가 각각 형성된 전후방회동방열판(20,30)과;
