Abstract
커버체의 탄지편을 통해 방열케이스와 체결케이스의 동시 체결이 가능하므로 생산성 및 조립성의 탁월한 향상이 가능한 것이고, 커버체로부터 방열케이스 및 체결케이스의 분리가 간단하게 이루어지므로 사용상의 편리함은 물론 제작 및 설치과정에서의 번거로움을 해소할 수 있는 것이며, 엘이디 광원판으로부터 방출되는 고온의 열기는 방열케이스를 통해 방열체에 빠르고 효율적으로 전달되므로 방열 효과가 우수함에 따라 엘이디 천정 매입등의 효율 증대 및 사용 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 내측에 투광판(11)이 안치되고 상측으로는 안치링(12)이 돌출 형성된 커버체(10)와, 상기 커버체(10)의 상측에 결합되면서도 내측으로는 엘이디 광원판(21)이 밀착되게 한 방열케이스(20)와, 상기 방열케이스(20)의 상부면에 밀착 고정되면서도 사방으로 방열핀(31)(31')이 돌출 형성되도록 압출 성형되는 방열체(30)와, 상기 방열케이스(20)와 방열체(30)가 내측으로 수용되면서도 상기의 커버체(10)에 결합되며 상부면에는 컨버터(41)가 결합된 체결케이스(40)로 이루어진 엘이디 천정 매입등에 있어서,
상기 커버체(10)의 안치링(12)에는 수직절개부(13)(13')를 형성하고 이들 수직절개부(13)(13')에는 별도의 탄지편(50)을 고정 형성하며, 상기 방열케이스(20)의 상부면에는 안치홈(22)을 형성하고 그 안치홈(22)의 상측으로는 방사상의 끼움돌부(23)(23')를 형성하되,
상기의 탄지편(50)은 안치링(12)의 내측을 향하는 절곡내돌부(51)와 그 절곡내돌부(51)의 상측에 위치하면서도 안치링(12)의 외측을 향하는 절곡외돌부(52)를 형성하여 이루어지고, 상기 방열케이스(20)의 끼움돌부(23)(23')는 방열체(30)의 방열핀(31)(31') 사이에 각기 삽입되도록 구성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 용이한 체결 및 우수한 방열구조를 갖는 엘이디 천정 매입등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
방열케이스(20)는 하단 외측으로 플랜지부(24)를 형성하고, 체결케이스(40)는 하부 내측으로 걸림턱(42)을 돌출 형성하여, 탄지편(50)의 절곡내돌부(51)는 방열케이스(20)의 하단 외측으로 형성된 플랜지부(24)가 계지 결합되게 하고, 절곡외돌부(52)는 체결케이스(40)의 하부 내측으로 돌출된 걸림턱(42)이 계지 결합되도록 구성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 용이한 체결 및 우수한 방열구조를 갖는 엘이디 천정 매입등.
