삭제delete 금속가공시 가공부위에 공급되어 사용된 폐절삭유를 펌프(P)로 펌핑하여 유입관(H)을 통해 유입하는 유입수단과,
상기 유입된 폐절삭유를 모터(M)의 구동에 의해 벨트(B)로 결합 구동하여 비철금속 이물질을 원심력에 의해 필터링하는 비철금속 제거수단과,
상기 비철금속 제거수단을 거친 후 폐절삭유에 잔존하는 철금속 이물질을 제거하기 위해 마그네틱봉(201)이 각각 구비된 다수개의 구획통(200)으로 이루어진 철금속 제거수단으로 이루어져, 금속가공시 가공부위에 공급되어 사용된 폐절삭유를 세정한 후 다시 가공부위로 순환공급시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상의 공작 기계용 절삭유 정제장치에 있어서,
상기 비철금속 제거수단은,
상면 중앙에 유입관(H)에 의해 유입되는 폐절삭유를 하측으로 유도하기 위한 것으로 상부는 커버체(101)와 결합되어 있고 하부에는 개구부(102)가 형성되어 있는 유도통(100)과,
상기 유도통(100)의 개구부(102)로 부터 유도된 폐절삭유를 상기 모터(M)의 구동에 의한 원심력으로 외곽으로 분산하기 위함과 동시에 필터링토록 하는 여과팬(110)과,
상기 모터(M)의 구동에 의하여 회전되는 것으로 상기 여과팬(110)과 고정구(121)로 고정하기 위한 연결편(122)과 사이에 폐절삭유가 원심력에 의해 회전시 분출 가능하도록 분출통로(123)가 구비된 회전통(120)과,
상기 회전통(120)에 구비된 분출통로(123)로 분출된 폐절삭유가 상기 모터(M) 또는 기타 회전축등으로 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것으로 상부가 개구된 격벽통(130)과,
상기 분출통로(123)로 분출된 폐절삭유가 상기 철금속 제거수단으로 배출가능하도록 일측면 하단과 상기 격벽통(130)의 높이보다 낮은 위치에 각각 배출공(141)이 천공되어 있는 외통체(140)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계용 절삭유 정제장치.
