Description

Terminal for data acquisition (DAQ)}

The present invention relates to a data collection terminal, and more particularly, to a data collection terminal that is easy to install and move.

In general, industrial sites in which manufacturing processes are performed need to collect, manage and supervise information related to the overall manufacturing process. Therefore, it is possible to use a data acquisition (DAQ) terminal, which is a device for collecting such data from a number of analog equipment or sensors in the field.

In the case of the conventional data collection terminal is provided in the form of fixing to the wall or facility panel by using a screw in the screw hole formed on the back of the data collection terminal.

Such a conventional data collection terminal is inconvenient to drill a screw hole when there is no screw hole in the wall or installation panel.

In addition, even if the installation is completed once, if the arrangement of manufacturing facilities in the industrial site is different, the installation position of the data collection terminal should be moved to receive the data smoothly. There is an inconvenience to break through.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a data collection terminal that is easy to install and move.

An object of the present invention is to provide a data mobile terminal that is easy to install and can be easily installed by enabling installation without using a screw.

Data collection terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal body is mounted circuit component for collecting data; A bracket coupled to and supported by the terminal body;

Magnetic material movably coupled to the bracket; And a guide part formed on the bracket to guide the positional movement of the magnetic material. The magnetic material is easily installed by being movable on the bracket.

In this case, a stepped portion may be formed in the guide part to prevent deviation of the moving path of the magnetic material.

In addition, the guide unit may include a guide hole opening along the moving path of the magnetic body, and the magnetic body may be coupled to the guide hole using a coupling pin.

An auxiliary fastener for assisting the coupling force of the magnetic material may be formed in the bracket of the data collection terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention.

According to the data collection terminal according to the present invention, the bracket is coupled to any one surface, one or more magnetic material is coupled to the bracket so as to move the position to simplify the installation and mobile installation of the data collection terminal using the magnetic material. Can be.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art may easily implement the present invention. However, in describing the preferred embodiment of the present invention in detail, if it is determined that the detailed description of the related known function or configuration may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.

In addition, the same reference numerals are used throughout the drawings for parts having similar functions and functions.

1 to 3, the data collection terminal 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a terminal body 110, an antenna 120, a bracket 200, and a magnetic body 210. have.

The terminal body 110 receives data related to the overall manufacturing process from the analog equipment or sensors in the industrial site. The terminal body 110 is the same as a general conventional data collection terminal.

The antenna 120 is provided on the side of the terminal body 110 to allow the terminal body 110 to receive data smoothly.

The bracket 200 may be coupled to any one surface of the terminal body 110 using a fixing pin 201. The bracket 200 may have a guide part 204 including a guide hole 205 for guiding the movement of the magnetic body 210.

In addition, the bracket 200 is formed with a screw hole 203, the installation is not possible using the magnetic material 210 can be installed using a screw.

The magnetic body 210 allows the data collection terminal 100 to be attached to a wall or panel. In FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the magnetic body 210 is illustrated as being circular, but its shape may be changed.

The magnetic body 210 is movable in the guide portion 204 by being connected to the bracket 200 by using the coupling pin 211. Therefore, it is possible to easily install by moving the position of the magnetic body 210 according to the area of the position where the data collection terminal 100 is to be installed.

4 is an exploded perspective view of a portion of a data collection terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.

A fixing hole 202 is formed in the bracket 200, and the bracket 200 is fixed to the terminal body 110 by coupling the fixing pin 201 to the fixing hole 202.

The bracket 200 is formed with a guide portion 204 for guiding the movement of the magnetic body (210). A stepped portion is formed in the guide part 204 to prevent the magnetic body 210 from leaving the moving path.

In addition, a guide hole 205 may be formed in the guide part 204. The guide hole 205 may be an opening extending along the movement path of the magnetic body 210.

The coupling pin 211 passes through the coupling hole 212 and the guide hole 204 formed in the magnetic body 210, and the magnetic body 210 is coupled to the bracket 200 in a movable form.

5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II ′ of FIG. 3.

Referring to FIG. 5, it can be seen that the magnetic body 210 is coupled to the bracket 200 in a state in which the magnetic body 210 can be moved left and right through the coupling pin 211.

In addition, FIG. 5 illustrates that the upper surface of the magnetic body 210 is formed higher than the upper surface of the bracket 200 and the head of the coupling pin 211. Such an embodiment is illustrated for smooth installation of the terminal, but is not limited thereto.

The present invention is not limited by the above-described embodiment and the accompanying drawings. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be substituted, modified, and changed in accordance with the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
