Claims (7)
- 입력 전원의 전류를 축적하는 인덕터;상기 인덕터가 전류를 축적하고, 축적된 전류를 방출하도록 스위칭하는 스위칭부;상기 인덕터에서 방출된 전류의 전하를 축적하는 제1 축적 커패시터;상기 제1 축적 커패시터로부터 전달받은 전하를 축적하여, 출력 전원으로서 출력하는 제2 축적 커패시터;상기 제1 축적 커패시터와 제2 축적 커패시터 사이의 전하 전달 경로상에 위치한 평활 인덕터;상기 인덕터에서 상기 제1 축적 커패시터로 일방향 전류 경로를 형성하는 제1 다이오드;상기 제1 축적 커패시터에서 제2 축적 커패시터로 일방향 전류 경로를 형성하는 제2 다이오드 및 제 3 다이오드; 및상기 제2 다이오드 및 제2 다이오드의 연결 노드와, 상기 인덕터 사이에 연결된 평활 커패시터를 포함하는 전하 펌프.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭부는,FET(field effect transistor)인 전하 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입력 전원은, 정전압 전원인 전하 펌프.
- 입력 전원의 전류를 축적하는 인덕터;상기 인덕터가 전류를 축적하고, 축적된 전류를 방출하도록 스위칭하는 스위칭부;상기 인덕터에서 방출된 전류의 전하를 축적하는 제1 축적 커패시터;상기 인덕터에서 상기 제1 축적 커패시터로 일방향 전류 경로를 형성하는 제1 다이오드;상기 제1 축적 커패시터에 축적된 전하의 방출 경로로서 일방향 전류 경로를 형성하는 제2 다이오드;상기 제2 다이오드의 캐소드와 상기 인덕터 사이에 연결된 평활 커패시터; 및상기 제1 축적 커패시터에 축적된 전하의 방출 경로를 형성하는 평활 인덕터를 포함하는 전하 펌프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭부는,FET(field effect transistor)인 전하 펌프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 입력 전원은, 정전압 전원인 전하 펌프.
