Claims (7)
- 전면으로 제 1 파장의 빛을 발광하는 백라이트 광원 유닛; 및 상기 광원으로부터 제 1 파장의 빛을 조사받아, 제 2 파장의 빛을 발광하되 그 중 일부의 제 2파장의 빛을 후면으로 반사하는 형광층을 포함하는 액정 유닛으로 이루어진 액정 표시 장치에 있어서, 상기 액정 유닛은 상기 제 1 파장의 빛은 전면으로 투과시키면서, 상기 후면으로 반사된 제 2 파장의 빛을 전면으로 재반사시키는 다층막을 포함하되, 상기 다층막은 제 1 굴절율을 갖는 제 1 박막 및 상기 제 1 굴절율보다 높은 굴절율을 갖는 제 2 박막이 반복되어 적층된 구조를 가지며 상기 형광층과 광원 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장의 빛은 청색광이며, 상기 형광층은 각각 적색 형광 물질 및 녹색 형광물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장의 빛은 UV/자색이며, 이때 상기 형광층은 적색, 녹색, 청색 형광물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층막의 층수가 증가함에 따라 상기 제 1 파장의 빛에 대한 투과 특성 및 제 2 파장의 빛에 대한 반사 특성이 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층막의 반사 스펙트럼 중심(λmax)이 상기 형광층의 형광물질의 발광 스펙트럼 파장 영역 내에 하나 이상 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
