- 삭제
- 휘발성 유기화합물을 제거하기 위해서, 휘발성 유기화합물인 용매와 고분자로 이루어진 고분자용액을 흡수탑(100) 상부에서 분무 공급하는 분무단계와, 휘발성 유기화합물이 분무하는 고분자용액 속을 향류접촉(向流接觸)하며 흐르는 흡수단계와, 상기 흡수되고 남은 용매를 펠렛(pellet)상의 고분자만으로 이루어진 흡수 필터망 유니트(200)에 통과시켜 마무리 흡수처리하는 마무리 처리단계를 포함하는 휘발성 유기화합물 처리방법에 있어서,상기한 용매와 고분자는 톨루엔과 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 미가류 고무, 또는 톨루엔과 폴리스티렌(polystyrene)이고, 상기한 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체는 100℃의 무니점도가 15~45이고, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체와 폴리스티렌의 입체규칙성은 혼성배열(atactic)인 무정형 고분자 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 용매를 흡수하여 희석된 고분자용액은 도전성 실리콘 고무의 용액 분산제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 처리방법.

- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기한 흡수 필터망 유니트(200)는 펠렛(pellet)상의 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 미가류 고무, 또는 펠렛상의 폴리스티렌(polystyrene)으로 이루어지고, 상기한 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 또는 폴리스티렌을 보호·유지하기 위해 상기한 펠렛상의 크기보다 작은 망 크기인 철망 통 내부에 충전되어 이루어진 흡수 필터망(230)이 다수 개로 나란히 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 처리장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기한 용매와 고분자는 크실렌(xylene)과 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 미가류 고무이고, 상기한 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체는 100℃의 무니점도가 15~45이고, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체의 입체규칙성은 혼성배열(atactic)인 무정형 고분자 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 용매를 흡수하여 희석된 고분자용액은 도전성 실리콘 고무의 용액 분산제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 처리장치.
