Claims (12)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체(젤리-롤)가 원통형 캔에 내장되어 있는 구조의 전지로서, 캡 어셈블리는 캔의 개방 상단부에 형성된 비딩부 상에 가스켓이 개재된 상태로 설치되어 있고, 상기 비딩부를 포함한 캔의 개방 상단부 내주면을 따라 절연성의 부재('비딩 보형부재')가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 비딩 보형부재는 캔과 가스켓 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비딩 보형부재의 상단은 캔의 상단면을 감싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비딩 보형부재의 하단은 캔 비딩부의 하단면 중 적어도 일부를 감쌀 수 있도록 외측으로 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비딩 보형부재의 내측면 중 일부는 CID 소자의 하부를 지지하는 구조로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비딩 보형부재는 가변적인 소재로서 캔의 내면에 밀착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 비딩 보형부재는 플라스틱 수지 또는 절연 코팅된 금속판재인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 전해액으로서 카보네이트계 화합물을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 젤리-롤의 전극 탭들 중 하나는 캡 어셈블리의 하단에 용접되어 있고, 상기 전극 탭에는 절연성 테이프가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 원통형 전지의 제조시 비딩부의 형성 전에 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 장착되는 절연성 부재로서, 캔의 상단면을 감쌀 수 있도록 상단이 외측으로 절곡되어 있고, 비딩부 형성 위치에 대응하는 부위가 내측으로 절곡되어 있으며, 외력에 의해 가변적으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비딩 보형부재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 내측 절곡부에는 중심을 향해 돌출된 연장부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비딩 보형부재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 부재의 두께는 0.1 내지 1 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 비딩 보형부재.
- (a) 원통형 캔의 내부에 젤리-롤을 삽입하고, 제 9 항에 따른 비딩 보형부재를 상기 캔의 개방 상단부에 설치하는 과정;(b) 금형 및 비딩 나이프를 사용하여 상기 캔에 비딩부를 형성하는 과정;(c) 상기 비딩부 상에 가스켓 장착 캡 어셈블리를 탑재하는 과정; 및(d) 캔의 상단을 클림핑하여 캡 어셈블리를 고정하는 과정;을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 원통형 전지의 제조방법.
