<제 1 실시예>
<제 2 실시예>
<제 3 실시예>
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Further objects and advantages of the invention will be described in more detail below.
<First Embodiment>
1 is a perspective view of a stapler 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the stapler 100. The stapler 100 receives the first needle A and the second needle B. FIG. For example, the needle A is the 33 needle and the needle B is the 10 needle smaller than the 33 needle.
1 and 2, the stapler 100 according to the first embodiment includes a receiving part 110, a needle accommodating part 120, a cover part 140, a first pressing part 151, and a second pressing part. Section 152.
The receiving part 110 includes a receiving plate 111 having a first needle bending plate 112 and a second needle bending plate 113 formed at one end thereof, and a vertical extension part 114 extending vertically from the end of the receiving plate 111. ), A horizontal connection portion 115 extending horizontally in parallel with the receiving plate 111 in the vertical extension portion 114 and the rotary groove 117 is formed at the end thereof.
The receiving plate 111 is a part contacting a desk, a workbench, etc. when the stapler 100 is placed on a desk, a workbench, and the like. The first needle bending plate 112 and the second needle bending plate 113 are formed at one end of the receiving plate 111. The first needle bending plate 112 and the second needle bending plate 113 are devices for bending the ends of the first needle A and the second needle B, respectively. For example, the first needle bending plate 112 is for a relatively large needle A, and the second needle bending plate 113 is for a relatively small needle B. The other end of the receiving plate 111 is formed with a vertical extension (114).
At the upper end of the vertical extension part 114, the horizontal connection part 115 is formed to extend horizontally and elastically with the receiving plate 111. The spring 116 may be connected between the horizontal connecting portion 115 and the receiving plate 111, or may be a leaf spring (not shown) having the elasticity of the horizontal connecting portion 115 itself. Therefore, when the user presses the first pressing unit 151 or the second pressing unit 152 to be described later by hand, the horizontal connecting unit 115 may be bent downward and restored to its original state when the user releases the hand.
The receiving unit 110 is provided with a conventional structure for limiting the movement of the horizontal connecting portion 115. For example, referring to FIG. 2, projections are formed in the horizontal connection portion 115, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the vertical extension portion 114, and the projections are movable only within the grooves, so that the movement of the horizontal connection portion 115 is performed. This is limited.
The other side of the horizontal connecting portion 115 is formed with a rotating groove 117 penetrating up and down, and a fixing protrusion 118 is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal connecting portion 115.
The lower surface of the needle receiving portion 120 is formed with a rotation protrusion 121 is rotatably inserted into the rotary groove 117. The rotary groove 117 and the rotary protrusion 121 may not be separated or separated in a general use, but may be formed to be separated at a specific angle.
In the present embodiment, the needle receiving part 120 is rotated horizontally with respect to the horizontal connection part 115 by the rotary groove 117 and the rotation protrusion 121 to the direction of the needle receiving part 120 with respect to the horizontal connection part 115. Can be changed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and includes other configurations in which the needle receiving part 120 may be coupled by changing a direction with respect to the horizontal connection part 115. For example, the needle receiving part 120 may be coupled to the horizontal connecting part 115 by changing the direction after leaving the horizontal connecting part 115.
Two fixing grooves 122 are formed on the lower surface of the needle receiving unit 120. The distance from the rotation protrusion 121 to the two fixing grooves 122 is equal to the distance from the rotation groove 117 to the fixing protrusion 118. Thus, in use, one of the two fixing grooves 122 is coupled to the fixing protrusion 118 to prevent the receiving plate 110 and the needle receiving portion 120 from shaking, and fixing the fixing protrusion 118 when using the other needle. After the groove 122 is separated, the fixing protrusion 118 and the other fixing groove 122 are combined. Alternatively, the fixing groove may be formed on the upper surface of the horizontal connection portion 115 and the fixing protrusion may be formed on the lower surface of the needle receiving portion 120.
Both end surfaces of the needle accommodating part 120 are provided with a first needle extracting part 123 and a second needle extracting part 124 through which the first needle A and the second needle B are discharged. When the stapler 100 is pressurized, the first needle extracting part 123 through which the first needle A is discharged corresponds to the first needle bending plate 112, and the second needle needle B is discharged. The needle discharge part 124 corresponds to the second needle bending plate 113. Since the first needle bending plate 112 and the second needle bending plate 113 are installed at different positions of the receiving part 110, The distances from the rotation protrusion 121 to the 1st needle extraction part 123 and the 2nd needle extraction part 124 differ from each other.
In the needle accommodating part 120, two different types of first needle A and second needle B are accommodated. More specifically, the needle accommodating part 120 includes a first needle guide rail 125 for accommodating a relatively large first needle A and a second accommodating second needle B. The needle guide rail 126 is formed. The first needle guide rail 125 accommodating the first needle A does not interfere with the movement and withdrawal of the second needle B, and the second needle guide rail 126 accommodating the second needle B is provided. Is installed so as not to interfere with the movement and withdrawal of the first needle A. The first needle guide 125 and the second needle guide rail 125 and the second needle guide rail 126 are provided to push the first needle A into the first needle outlet 123. A second needle rod 128 installed to push the needle B into the second needle outlet 124, and a spring shaft 129 for guiding the rod through the first needle rod and the second needle rod; , One spring 130 is installed between the first needle tip 127 and the second needle tip 128 on the spring shaft to apply elasticity to the tip. Alternatively, separate springs may be provided to apply elasticity to each of the rods 127 and 128. The first needle guide rail 125 and the height of the first needle (A) accommodated in the first needle guide rail 125 and the second needle (B) accommodated in the second needle guide rail 126 are the same. The second needle guide rail 126 is formed, and the heights of the first needle guide 127 and the second needle guide 128 are accommodated in the first needle guide rail 125 and the second needle guide rail 126. It is formed to be equal to the height of the needle (A) and the second needle (B), the cover portion 140 to be described later is the first needle (A), and the second needle (B) and the first needle bar 127, And the second needle holder 128 at the same time.
Preferably, the first needle guide rail 125 for the first needle A is the inner surface of the body of the needle receptacle 120, and the second needle guide rail 126 for the second needle B is " It has a "-shaped cross section and is attached in the length direction of the needle accommodating part 120 in the needle accommodating part 120. The 2nd needle guide rail 126 starts from the 2nd needle accommodating part 124, and is a 1st needle acquiring part. It extends to a position spaced a predetermined distance from 123, so that the ejection of the first needle A is not disturbed by the second needle guide rail 126. Figs. Referring to the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3A, the first needle A is received covering the second needle guide rail 126 and does not interfere with the operation of the second needle B and the second needle tip 128. 3B, the second needle B is received in the second needle guide rail 126 and does not interfere with the operation of the first needle A and the first needle rod 127. In 3a and 3b, the heights of the first needle A and the second needle B are the same.
The cover part 140 is attached to the needle receiving part 120. The needle accommodating part 120 and the cover part 140 are in close contact with each other so that the first needle A and the second needle B accommodated in the needle accommodating part 120 are not separated when used. The user may apply force to separate the cover 140 from the needle receiving unit 120, so that when the needle A or B is mounted in the needle receiving unit 120, the user receives the cover 140. After separating from the unit 120 and pushing the push rod (127 or 128) and mounting the needle (A or B) to the guide rail (125 or 126), the cover portion 140 is coupled to the needle receiving unit 120 again.
In the middle of the cover portion 140, the first pressing portion 151 and the second pressing portion 152 are coupled through a hinge shaft. The first hitting plate 155 is formed at a position corresponding to the first needle extraction part 123 at the end of the first pressing part 151, and the second needle extraction part (at the end of the second pressing part 152). A second striking plate 156 is formed at a position corresponding to 124. The first spring 157 and the first pressing portion 151 and the second pressing portion 152 and the cover 140 are respectively formed. The second spring 158 is formed.
When the user makes the steel using the first needle A, the user presses the first needle pressing unit 151, and the end of the first needle A is separated by the first striking plate 155 to allow the first needle to be pressed. It is discharged through the needle extractor 123 and bent by the first needle bending plate 112 to produce paper or the like. When the user makes the steel using the second needle B, the user rotates the needle receiving part 120 by 180 ° with respect to the receiving plate 110, and presses the second pressing part 152. The end of B) is separated by the second striking plate 156 and discharged through the second needle extracting part 124 and bent by the second needle bending palm 113 to remove paper or the like. As described above, the user may use both needles A and B accommodated in the needle accommodating part 120 by rotating the needle accommodating part 120 based on the receiving plate 110.
When the user exchanges the needle A or B, the user detaches the lid 140 from the needle receiving unit 120, moves the push rod 127 or 128, and then moves the needle A or B to the guide rail. Received in (125 or 126), the cover 140 is coupled to the needle receiving unit 120 again.
Second Embodiment
4 is a perspective view of a stapler 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the stapler 100. In the stapler 100 according to the second embodiment, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
4 and 5, the stapler 100 according to the second embodiment includes a receiving part 110, a needle accommodating part 120, a cover part 140, and a first pressing part 151 and a second pressing part. Section 152. In the stapler 100 according to the second embodiment, the structure and operation of the receiving part 110, the first pressing part 151 and the second pressing part 152 are the same as in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. do.
In the second embodiment, the needle receiving unit 120 includes the rotary protrusion 121, the fixing groove 122, the first needle extracting unit 123, and the second needle extracting unit 124, which are described in the first embodiment. The first needle guide rail 125 and the second needle guide rail 126, the spring shaft 129, the spring 130 has a configuration. Their structure and operation are the same as in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
On the upper surfaces of the first needle bar 127 and the second needle bar 128, a first needle bar protrusion 127a and a second needle bar protrusion 128a protruding from each other are formed. In the cover 140
One end is axially coupled to the cover portion 140 and the other end is attached to the first needle bar 141 is caught on the first needle bar projection 127a, one end is axially coupled to the cover portion 140 and the other end is the second needle A second needle chisel 142 hooked to the pusher protrusion 128a is attached. A chisel guide rail 133 is formed in the inner wall of the needle receiving unit 120 in the longitudinal direction of the needle receiving unit 120, and a chisel is provided at both ends of the other end of the first needle bar 141 and the second needle bar 142. A protrusion inserted into the guide rail 133 is formed, so that the other ends of the first needle bar 141 and the second needle bar 142 are not separated from the needle bar 120, and the needle bar 120 is in the longitudinal direction. Can be moved.
The first needle bar 141 and the second needle bar 142 has a structure that does not interfere with the movement of the other bar. For example, referring to FIG. 6A, one end and the other end of the first needle bar 141a is connected by one or more rods, and the second needle bar 142a is connected by two bars of one end and the other end and the first needle bar The rod of 141a is configured to pass between the rods of the second needle chisel 142a. Alternatively, referring to FIG. 6B, the first needle chisel 141b and the second needle chisel 142b are long 'c' shaped and symmetric with each other. Thus, the movement of one chisel does not affect the other chisel.
The first shaft portion 131 and the second shaft portion 132 which are formed in both ends of the needle receiving portion 120 extending in the longitudinal direction and integrally formed with the needle receiving portion 120 are installed, and both ends of the cover portion 140 are provided. Protruding from the upper side to the side and extending in the longitudinal direction is provided with a third shaft portion 143 and the fourth shaft portion 144 integrally formed with the cover portion 140. Ends of the first shaft portion 131 and the third shaft portion 143 are rotatably coupled, and ends of the second shaft portion 132 and the fourth shaft portion 144 are rotatably coupled, and the user may apply a force. The principal surface first shaft portion 131 and the third shaft portion 143 may be separated, and the second shaft portion 132 and the fourth shaft portion 144 may be separated.
A method of exchanging the needles A or B in the stapler 100 according to the second embodiment described above with reference to FIG. 7 is described. When the user tries to replace the needle B, the user separates the second shaft portion 132 and the fourth shaft portion 144 in the direction of the needle extraction portion 124 from which the needle B is discharged, and the first shaft portion 131. ) And the cover part 140 is rotated in a clockwise direction about an axis formed by the coupling of the third shaft part 143. When the cover part 140 is rotated, one end of the second chisel 142 coupled to the cover part 140 moves horizontally in a direction away from the needle extraction part 124, and the end of the second chisel 142 is rotated. The second needle holder 128 is also horizontally moved away from the second needle extracting unit 124 by the caught second needle stick protrusion 128a. The user inserts the needle B into the space created by the movement of the second needle holder 128, and rotates the cover 140 to couple the second shaft portion 132 and the fourth shaft portion 144 again. When the first needle A is replaced, the first shaft portion 131 and the third shaft portion 143 are separated and the cover portion 140 is rotated counterclockwise.
However, in the above-described process, the rotation of the cover part 140 around the axis formed by the coupling of the first shaft part 131 and the third shaft part 143 also affects the second chisel 142 and the second chisel ( In order for the 142 not to interfere with the rotation of the cover 140, the position where the second chisel 142 is fixed to the cover 140 must be changed or the length of the second chisel 142 must be changed (see FIG. 7). ).
Referring to FIG. 8 as an example, one end of the first chisel 141 and the second chisel 142 is not coupled to a fixed position of the lid portion 140, respectively, the lid portion 140 in the lid portion 140 It is possible to be coupled to the first chisel guide 145 and the second chisel guide 146 that is movable in the longitudinal direction. In this case, one end of the second chisel 142 coupled to the second chisel guide 146 in the process shown in FIG. 7 is not moved to prevent rotation of the lid 140. The length of the second chisel 142 does not have to change.
Referring to FIG. 9 showing the chisel 141b as an example of the chisels 141a to 142b, the chisel 141b is relatively movable in the longitudinal direction and deformed such as rotation and bending in a direction other than the longitudinal direction. It consists of two members which are not possible and an elastic member (spring etc.) between two members. In this case, in the process illustrated in FIG. 7, the length of the second chisel 142 is changed so that the rotation of the cover part 140 is not prevented. The second chisel 142 may be coupled to a fixed position of the lid 140.
Third Embodiment
10 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a third embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 10, the same components as those of the first or second embodiment are denoted by the same identification number or the identification number is omitted.
In the double stapler according to the third embodiment, the spring 130 and the chisels 141 and 142 of the double stapler according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5 are removed. And, one end is connected to the cover portion 140 and the other end is connected to the first needle spring 127, the first chisel spring 147, one end is connected to the cover portion 140 and the other end is the second needle rod ( The second chisel spring 148 connected to the 128 and the cover portion 140 is installed at a position that corresponds to the first needle extraction portion 123 and does not interfere with the operation of the first needle strike plate 155. The first roller 149 and the cover 140 that rotate to guide the first spring spring 147 correspond to the second needle extraction part 124 and do not interfere with the operation of the second needle strike plate 156. And a second roller 150 that is installed in a non-positioned position and rotates to guide the second chisel spring 148.
In normal use, the first chisel spring 147 presses the first needle rod 127 in the direction of the first needle outlet 123, and the second chisel spring 148 pushes the second needle rod 128. Pressure is applied in the direction of the second leaching extraction part 124. Accordingly, the first needle A and the second needle B may be sequentially taken out from the first needle extracting unit 123 and the second needle extracting unit 124, respectively.
When replacing the first needle A and the second needle B, the user rotates the lid part 140. In FIG. 10, when the user rotates the cover part 140 in a clockwise direction, the second chisel spring 148 moves the second needle holder 128 in a direction away from the second needle extractor 124, and The first drag spring 147 continuously applies pressure to the first needle bar 127 toward the first needle outlet 123. Thus, the user can replace the needle B. In a similar manner, the user can replace the needle A by rotating the cover 140 counterclockwise.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the above-described preferred embodiments, it will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, all such changes and modifications being attached It is obvious that it belongs to the scope of the claims.
