제1가공배전선(L)을 고정할 수 있도록 된 애자(51)와, 길이방향을 따라 결합홈(52a)이 형성되며 외주면에 좌나선 또는 우나선을 갖는 나사부(52)를 갖추고서, 가이드홈(21)의 돌부(21a)에 삽입되어 제1피니언(40)과 체결되며, 제1피니언(40)의 정역회전에 의해 길이가 조절되는 길이조절부재(50,50')와;
한 쌍의 완철(20,20') 중 어느 하나에 설치되어 주변온도를 측정하여 측정된 온도 값을 출력하는 온도센서(60)와;
온도센서(60)로부터 온도 값을 입력받아 구동모터(80)로 정역회전신호를 출력하는 제어부(70)와;
랙(30)과 맞물리는 제2피니언(81)을 갖추고서, 한 쌍의 완철(20,20') 중 어느 하나에 설치되며, 제어부(70)로부터 정역회전신호를 입력받아 제2피니언(81)을 정역으로 강제회전시키는 구동모터(80)와;
지주(10)의 외면에 감착되어 체결수단에 의해 고정되는 제1탄성패드(91a)와, 제1탄성패드(91a)의 외면에 소정의 길이로 돌출되어 제1가공배전선(L)으로부터 인출되어 지중으로 매립되게 설치되는 제2가공배전선(L')을 고정할 수 있도록 된 지지돌부(91b)가 구비된 가공배전선고정부(91)와,
제1탄성패드(91a)의 외면에 고정되어 제2가공배전선(L')을 억류하고 있는 제1탄성패드(91a)의 지지돌부(91b)를 감착하면서 외력으로부터 제2가공배전선(L')을 보호할 수 있도록 체결수단에 의해 고정되는 제2탄성패드(92a)가 구비된 가공배전선보호부(92)를 갖춘 감전방지용 보호부재(90)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감전사고방지를 위한 가공배전선 지지전주.
