Claims (9)
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드 pJW79.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스미드는 페디오코커스 펜토사세우스 CBT-8(Pediococcus pentosaceus CBT-8)로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드 pJW79.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pJW79에 프로모터, MCS(multiple cloning site) 및 선별 마커가 삽입된 클로닝 벡터.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pJW79, 대장균의 복제 원점, 프로모터, MCS(multiple cloning site) 및 선별마커를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터는 16S rRNA 프로모터, low-pH-inducible 프로모터, Hypoxia-inducible 프로모터 및 ptsH(phosphotransferase system HPr(phosphocarrier protein)) 프로모터로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 벡터.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선별 마커는 항생제 저항성 유전자, 발색 효소 유전자, 발광 유전자 및 형광 유전자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 벡터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 제1항의 플라스미드 pJW79와 대장균 유래 형질전환용 벡터를 연결하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 벡터.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pJW79, 제3항의 클로닝 벡터 및 제4항의 셔틀벡터로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나로 형질전환된 대장균.
- 제1항의 플라스미드 pJW79를 이용하여 페디오신(pediocin)을 생산하는 방법.
