- 교류 전원 장치(210)와,LC 공진부(220)와,스파크 갭 스위치(230)가 직렬 연결된 구조에 있어서,상기 LC 공진부(220)는 인덕터(302)와 원통형 커패시터(303)를 포함하며,상기 원통형 캐패시터(303)는서로 동일한 중심축을 갖으며 도체로 형성된 제 1 원형관(304) 및 제 2 원형관(305)을 포함하고,상기 제 2 원형관(305)은 상기 제 1 원형관(304)과 이격되어 상기 제 1 원형관(304)의 내부에 배치되며,상기 인덕터(302)는 상기 제 2 원형관(305)과 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 제 1 원형관(304)과 전기적으로 절연된, 고전압 발생 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스파크 갭 스위치(230)는 서로 이격된 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 포함하고,상기 제 1 전극은 상기 제 2 원형관(305)과 전기적으로 연결된, 고전압 발생 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 원형관(304)의 양단에 부착되어 상기 제 1 원형관(304)과 함께 밀폐공간을 형성하는 하우징을 더 포함하고,상기 인덕터(302)와 상기 제 2 원형관(305)은 상기 밀폐공간 내부에 배치되며,상기 밀폐공간은 절연재로 채워진, 고전압 발생 장치.
