Claims (5)
- 한 가닥 이상으로 이루어진 탄소 섬유(11)와 상기 탄소 섬유(11)를 감싸 절연이 유지되게 하는 합성수지의 외피(12)로 이루어진 탄소 섬유 열선에 있어서;상기 외피(12)의 내면과 탄소 섬유(11)의 외면과의 사이에 미세 공극(20)을 형성하여 외피(12)가 탄소 섬유(11)로부터 박리 되어 감싸 형성하되상기 미세 공극(20)은 석분과 같은 박리제에 의하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 열선.
- 탄소 섬유 열선의 제조에 있어서; 열수축 수지를 튜브 상으로 형성하여 외피(12)를 형성하고, 상기 외피(12)에 탄소 섬유(11)를 끼워 결합하고 열수축시켜 제조하되,상기 탄소 섬유(11)의 외면에 석분과 같은 박리제(21)를 도포한 후 탄소 섬유(11)의 외부에 합성수지를 도포하여서 외피(12)를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 열선 제조방법.
