Claims (4)
- 아크릴 에멀젼 중합체 및 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 혼합한 합성수용액을 제조하는 제1 단계와;산화티탄(TiO2), 실리카흄 분말 및 규조토 분말로 이루어진 분체와 소포제, 분산제 및 증점제로 이루어진 첨가제의 혼합물을 제조하는 제2 단계와;상기 합성수용액 및 혼합물을 믹싱하는 제3 단계;로 구성되되,상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 포타슘실리게이트, 실리코네이트 및 메톡시실란으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 열화방지 및 중성화 방지용 하이브리드 표면처리재의 제조방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 단계에서의 합성수용액은 아크릴 에멀젼 60~70중량%, 포타슘 실리케이트 3~5중량%, 실리코네이트 2~3중량%로 이루어지고, 상기 제2 단계에서의 혼합물은 메톡시 실란 2~3중량%, 산화티탄(TiO2) 10~15중량%, 실리카흄 분말 3~5중량%, 규조토 분말 5~9중량%, 소포제 0.3~0.5중량%, 분산제 0.3~0.5중량% 및 증점제 1~2중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 열화방지 및 중성화 방지용 하이브리드 표면처리재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 열화방지 및 중성화 방지용 하이브리드 표면처리재.
