DETAILED DESCRIPTION In order to fully understand the present invention, the operational advantages of the present invention, and the objects achieved by the practice of the present invention, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings which illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention and the contents described in the drawings.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals in the drawings denote like elements.
1 is a block diagram illustrating an RF-ID tag according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1, the RF-
OTP 저장부(140)는 휘발성 메모리를 포함할 수 있고, DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)을 포함할 수 있다.
As such, the RF-
The serial
The
The
In the above, when the power is not supplied, the OTP stored in the
In order to prevent the
In the above, the RF-
2 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of an RF-ID tag system according to the present invention.
2, the RF-ID tag system according to the present invention includes an
The
The RF-
As described above, the RF-
When the
The
The RF-ID tag illustrated in FIG. 2 may be the RF-ID tag illustrated in FIG. 1. That is, the RF-ID tag illustrated in FIG. 2 may include an OTP storage unit, a serial number storage unit, a power receiver, and a signal transceiver.
In the above, the RF-ID tag system according to the present invention has been described as generating, storing, and transmitting an OTP. However, the RF-ID tag system according to the present invention may generate, store and transmit other types of random numbers as well as OTP. In this case, the
3 is a block diagram illustrating an RF-ID tag according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 3, the RF-
Accordingly, the RF-
In this case, when the user turns off the RF-ID tag by using the
