Claims (4)
- 다공성 물질로 된 흡음재에 있어서, 상기 흡음재는일방향으로 갈수록 단면적이 작아지는 웨지 형상의 웨지부; 및상기 웨지부의 단면적이 작아지는 일단에 형성되어 사발 형상의 바울부를 포함하며,상기 웨지부의 단면적이 큰 일단은 벽과 이격되어 공기층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡음재의 형상은상기 다공성 물질이 채워지는 설계 영역을 설정하고, 상기 설계 영역에 대하여 상기 다공성 물질의 에너지 특성을 나타내는 지배 방정식으로 Biot 방정식을 설정하고, 상기 다공성 물질이 소정의 주파수 영역에 대하여 최대의 흡음 계수 또는 최소의 반사 계수를 갖도록 하는 목적 함수를 설정하여 위상 최적화 기법에 의하여 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 Biot 방정식에 사용되는 탄성 전단율, 라메 상수, 연성 계수, 고체상의 밀도, 유체상의 밀도, 및 점성 연성 계수를 포함하는 물성치는 0 내지 1사이의 값을 갖는 설계 변수에 의하여 다항식의 형태로 보간되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 설계 변수는0이면 공기를, 1이면 다공성 물질을, 0과 1사이의 값이면 상기 공기와 상기 다공성 물질 사이의 중간 물질을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재.
