Description
Claims (11)
- 자외선 또는 적외선을 발광하는 살균램프(10)와;상기 살균램프(10)가 내장되고 살균램프(10)의 외면과 일정 거리 이격 설치된 내부관(20)과;상기 내부관(20)의 외면에 나선 형태로 감겨지고 내부로 피살균물을 유도하는 하나 또는 복수 개의 튜브(30);를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 내부관(20)의 내부로 냉수 또는 가열된 온수를 순환시키도록 상기 내부관(20)의 일측 및 타측 단부에 각각 유입관(21) 및 배출관(22)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브(30)의 일측 단부와 연결되어 튜브(30) 내로 피살균물을 공급하는 제1배관(41)과;상기 튜브(30)의 타측 단부와 연결되어 튜브(30)에서 배출되는 피살균물을 수거하는 제2배관(42);을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 각 배관(41)(42)에 하나 또는 복수 개의 결속구(43)가 장착되고, 상기 튜브(30)의 각 단부가 각 결속구(43)에 착탈 가능하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부관(20)에 감겨진 튜브(30) 외측 주변에 자외선 또는 적외선을 발광하는 적어도 하나 이상의 살균램프(10)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 살균램프(10)는 자외선 램프이고, 상기 내부관(20)은 냉수공급장치(60)와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 살균램프(10)는 적외선 램프이고, 상기 내부관(20)은 온수공급장치(70)와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2배관(41)(42)의 각 단부에 커넥터(45)가 장착되고, 상기 커넥터(45)에 피살균물을 순환시키는 배관(50)이 착탈 가능하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2배관(41)(42)의 각 단부에 커넥터(45)가 장착되고, 상기 커넥터(45)에 튜브(30) 관로를 세척하기 위한 세척장치(80)의 세척배관(81)이 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 각 배관(41)(42) 단부에 설치된 각 커넥터(45)는 배관의 길이 방향에 대해 반대 방향으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항 또는 제4항 또는 제6항 또는 제7항 또는 제8항 또는 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 살균장치를 구성하는 챔버(1) 일측에 자외선 및 적외선을 차단하고 내부가 투영되도록 한 착색유리가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 살균장치.
