Description

Glaze of ceramics and manufacturing process thereof}Fairy tale glaze composition and its manufacturing method {Glaze of ceramics and manufacturing process

The present invention relates to an assimilation glaze composition using a component such as copper oxide and re-glaze, and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, it is bright, clean and excellent in harmony between blue and red colors due to its high brightness and saturation. The present invention relates to a glaze composition for fairy tale porcelain having a high degree of preference as a crystal in the form of glass of porcelain and a manufacturing method thereof.

As a glaze similar to the Donghwa glaze used in the ceramics of the present invention, there is a cinnabar glaze, and the prior art related to the conventional cinnabar glaze discloses a method of manufacturing Korean Patent No. 10-0505119 Chosun White Jinja Pigment. The manufacturing method of cinnabar glaze according to the above-described prior art is composed of a grinding step, a mixing step, and a stirring step of grinding copper oxide, wood, stone, pine wood, silica, stone and heavy chromium into fine particles, respectively. The pigment composition consists of 27.0 to 37.8% by weight of copper oxide, 16.0 to 27.0% by weight of trees, 0.8 to 7.3% by weight of pottery, 0.3 to 6.6% by weight of pine wood, 0.1 to 5.3% by weight of quartz, and 37.0 to 46.6% by weight of fossil acid 0.1 to 0.9% by weight of chromium is mixed. However, according to the above-mentioned cinnabar pigment and its manufacturing method, it is possible to produce a reddish color to a certain extent, which can give a unique feeling than the conventional ceramics, but the texture and color are fine and it is difficult to express an intense ceramic. There was much room for improvement in terms of color and texture due to the disadvantage of being difficult to obtain. Meanwhile, Korean Patent Application No. 10-2004-0061777 discloses a Jinsa Glaze composition consisting of 94 to 96% by weight of feldspar, quartz, and limestone and 2 to 4% by weight of mirror injection. Only the addition of simple materials was attempting to improve the cinnabar glaze used in existing ceramics, and there was no limit to the dramatic improvement of ceramic quality as there was no attempt to develop and add new materials.

The present invention was developed to overcome the above-mentioned problems, and the mixing ratio and powder level of limestone, carbonic acid, silica, copper oxide, feldspar based on the addition of powdered flour, re-glaze, and other glazes of pottery fragments through various embodiments. 1)Experimental Example 1

The fairy tale ceramic reproducibility, color score and texture score of the fairy tale ceramics prepared in Examples 1 to 9 were obtained as follows. Fairy tale magnetic reproducibility is the average of the results obtained by repeating three times after arranging 30 ceramic specimens in a completely random batch method. The color score was scored by showing the same sized fairy tale ceramics for 3 minutes randomly to 10 different discriminating agents who had the ability to identify them.

As shown in Table 1, in Example 1, the highest fairy tale ceramic reproducibility was obtained, the color score was also obtained the highest, and the texture score was also the highest.

In other embodiments, Example 1 was optimal because the quality of color was slightly lowered to be used as a method for producing fairy tale pottery by showing relatively low fairy tale porcelain recall.

As a result, it can be seen that the glaze composition and composition ratio of Example 1 are the most effective methods for producing fairy tale ceramics.

As described above, in the present invention, if the Donghwa ceramics mass production system is provided using the same production technology of Donghwa ceramics as in Example 1, it is possible to easily supply Donghwa ceramics with excellent texture and color as well as Korean traditional ceramics. It is also effective for exporting.
