Description
Claims (15)
- 가스 터빈 블레이드 세그먼트에 사용되는 실링 장치로서, 길이방향 축선(26)을 따라 형성된 두 끝면(24,25)을 갖는 두 몸체(10a, 10b)는 간극(18)을 사이에 두고 서로 인접하게 배치되고, 이 간극의 폭은 0 에서 최대 폭 (X) 까지 변할 수 있으며, 또한 간극(18)은 이에 대해 횡방향으로 놓여진 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)으로 덮히고, 이 실링 스트립은 길이방향 축선(26)을 따라 신장되어 있고 또한 규정된 깊이(T)를 갖는 서로 반대편의 두 홈(16, 17; 16a, 17a; ... ; 16d, 17d)에 틈새를 두고 장착되며, 이 홈은 상기 몸체(10a, 10b)의 끝면(24, 25)에서 간극(18)에 대해 횡방향으로 형성된 상기 실링 장치에 있어서,상기 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)은 길이방향 축선(26)에 대해 횡방향인 기본 폭(S)을 갖고, 이 기본 폭(S)은 홈(16, 17; 16a, 17a; ... , 16d, 17d)의 깊이의 2배 보다 작거나 같고, 상기 간극(18)의 최대 폭(X)과 홈(16, 17; 16a, 17a; ... ; 16d, 17d)의 깊이(T)의 합이 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 기본 폭(S) 이상인 경우에, 상기 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)이 홈(16, 17; 16a, 17a; ... ; 16d, 17d)에서 빠지는 것을 방지하는 추가적인 수단(21)이 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추가적인 수단은 상기 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 길이방향 측면에 분산 배치되는 러그(21)들을 포함하고, 이 러그는 길이방향 축선 (26)의 방향으로 형성되며, 또한 기본 폭(S)을 초과하여 규정된 추가적인 폭(S1, S2) 만큼 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 폭을 부분적으로 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 러그(21)가 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 길이 방향 측면에 분산 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2 이상의 러그(21)는 길이방향 측면의 단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 1 이상의 추가적인 러그(21)가 상기 2 이상의 러그(21) 사이의 중간에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 러그(21)는 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 두 길이방향 측면에 서로 반대편에서 짝을 이루어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 러그(21)는 상기 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b) 에 일체로 형성되고, 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)과 동일한 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 러그(21)는 최초 상태에서 상기 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 평면상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 러그(21)는 최초 상태에서 실링 스트립(20, 20a, 20b)의 평면에서 벗어나 굽혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 러그(21)를 수용하기 위하여, 더 깊은 포켓(22, 23)이 홈(16d, 17d)의 대응하는 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 홈(16, 17)의 벽은 상기 간극(18)에 대해 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 홈(16a, 17a; 16b, 17b)의 벽은 이 홈(16a, 17a; 16b, 17b)의 단면이 V 형상으로 되도록 일 측 또는 양 측에서 간극(18)에 대해 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 홈(16, 17) 및 실링 스트립(20)은 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 홈(16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) 및 실링 스트립(20a, 20b)은 구부러진 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 가스 터빈의 가이드 블레이드 세그먼트(10, 10a, 10b) 및/또는 가동 블레이드 세그먼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
