Claims (7)
- 유기EL패널, 원편광의 광을 선편광의 광으로 변환시키는 λ/4 위상지연층, 상기 λ/4 위상지연층에서 선편광으로 변환된 광 가운데 광축이 일치하는 광만을 선택적으로 통과시키는 편광필름을 포함하는 유기박막표시장치에 있어서,입사광 가운데 일방향으로 회전하는 원편광의 광은 투과시키며 상기 일방향과 반대되는 방향으로 회전하는 원편광의 광은 반사시키는 콜레스테릭 액정층을 더 포함하며,상기 콜레스테릭 액정층은 상기 유기EL패널 내부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기박막표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기EL패널은 절연기판 상에 형성된 애노드 전극, 상기 애노드 전극 상에 형성된 유기발광층, 상기 유기발광층 상에 형성된 캐소드 전극 및 상기 적층된 애노드 전극, 유기발광층, 캐소드 전극을 둘러싸는 보호글래스를 포함하며,상기 콜레스테릭 액정층은 상기 보호글래스 내부에 배치되도록 상기 캐소드 전극 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기박막표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 콜레스테릭 액정층은 가시광 영역의 광을 반사하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기박막표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 λ/4 위상지연층은 연신필름, 액정, 쿼츠(Quartz) 가운데 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기박막표시장치.
