Claims (9)
- 액정 표시 모듈;상기 액정 표시 모듈의 하측부에 접하여, 상기 액정 표시 모듈을 지지하기 위한 메인 서포터;상기 메인 서포터의 측면에 결합되며, 상기 액정 표시 모듈의 가장자리 및 측면과 상기 메인 서포터의 측면을 감싸기 위한 탑 케이스;상기 탑 케이스의 내부에서 상기 액정 표시 모듈의 가장자리 영역을 향하도록 형성된 피뢰침 구조물; 및상기 피뢰침 구조물과 마주보며, 상기 액정 표시 모듈에 포함되는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판에 형성된 방전부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방전부는 상기 액정 표시 모듈에 포함되는 액정 패널의 가장자리 영역에 절연층과, 이 절연층을 사이에 둔 제1 및 제2 도전층으로 이루어진 캐패시터 형태로 상기 피뢰침 구조물과 대향되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 도전층 중 어느 하나의 도전층은 그라운드 라인과 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액정 패널은 액정을 사이에 두고 접합된 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판과 칼라 필터 어레이 기판을 포함하고,상기 제1 도전층은 상기 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판의 표면에 형성되는 투명 도전층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 도전층은 상기 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판에 포함되는 박막 트랜지스터의 소스/드레인 전극과 동시에 형성되는 소스/드레인 금속층 또는 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극과 동시에 형성되는 게이트 금속층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 상기 투명도전층과 상기 소스/드레인 금속층 사이에 형성되는 보호막 또는 이 보호막과 상기 소스/드레인 금속층과 상기 게이트 금속층 사이의 게이트 절연막이 부가되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피뢰침 구조물과 방전부는상기 액정 표시 모듈에 포함되는 액정 패널을 구동하기 위하여 액정 패널의 가장자리 영역에 부착된 드라이브 집적회로와 인접하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 액정 표시 모듈;상기 액정 표시 모듈의 하측부에 접하여, 상기 액정 표시 모듈을 지지하기 위한 메인 서포터;상기 메인 서포터의 측면에 결합되며, 상기 액정 표시 모듈의 가장자리 및 측면과 상기 메인 서포터의 측면을 감싸기 위한 탑 케이스;상기 액정 표시 모듈에 포함되는 액정 패널의 가장 자리 영역에서 상기 탑 케이스를 향하도록 형성된 피뢰침 구조물; 및상기 피뢰침 구조물의 하부와 접속되며, 상기 액정 표시 모듈에 포함되는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판에 형성된 방전부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
