- 대상지역 내에서 복수의 임의지점을 선택하고, 각 임의지점에 대한 실측기온값을 획득하는 실측기온값 획득단계;상기 복수의 임의지점에 대한 추정기온값을 추출하는 추정기온값 추출단계;상기 대상지역을 복수의 격자로 분할하고, 각 격자의 냉기유입량을 모델링하는 냉기유입량 모델링단계; 및상기 실측기온값과 추정기온값의 편차와 냉기유입량 간 관계를 비선형 함수 형태의 회귀식으로 도출하는 냉기-기온 회귀식 도출단계;를 포함하되,상기 냉기-기온 회귀식 도출단계는, 아래의 식으로 도출하고,ε1는 온난대효과에 의한 오차이고, ε2는 냉기의 집적에 의한 오차이며, T는 실측기온값이고, Tidw은 추정기온값이며, R은 일교차이고, Rmax는 일교차의 최대값이며, Z는 실측표고인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉기유입량이 일 최저기온에 미치는 영향의 정량화방법.
