Description
Claims (5)
- (a) 검출하고자 하는 배관에 감마선 선원과 검출기를 부착하는 단계;(b) 상기 배관을 투과한 감마선 투과량을 측정하는 단계;(c) 아래의 수학식을 이용하여 상기 배관 내부에 쌓인 퇴적물의 높이를 계산하는 단계; 및(단, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물을 수용한 배관을 투과한 감마선 투과량, 는 퇴적물을 수용하지 않은 배관을 투과한 감마선 투과량, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물의 감마선 감쇠계수, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물의 높이)(d) 상기 계산된 퇴적물 높이 값을 이용하여 퇴적물 형상과 퇴적율을 산출하는 단계;를 포함하되,상기 감마선 선원으로부터 발생한 감마선이 상기 배관 내부에 쌓인 퇴적물의 일부만을 투과하는 경우 상기 (b)단계는 상기 감마선 선원 및 검출기를 상기 배관의 연장방향과 수직한 방향을 따라 이동시키면서 수행되고,
- 감마선을 발생시키는 감마선 선원(1)과, 측정대상인 퇴적물을 수용한 배관을 통과한 감마선의 투과량을 측정하는 검출기(2)와, 상기 감마선 선원(1) 및 상기 검출기(2)를 상기 배관의 연장방향과 수직한 방향을 따라 이동시키는 서보 모터(5)를 포함하는 기구부(4); 및상기 기구부(4)의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 검출기(2)로부터 출력된 신호를 수집하고 처리하여 상기 퇴적물의 높이를 계산하며, 상기 퇴적물의 높이를 이용하여 퇴적물의 형상과 퇴적율을 산출하는 제어부(8);를 포함하되,상기 퇴적물의 높이는 아래의 수학식을 이용하여 산출되고,(단, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물을 수용한 배관을 투과한 감마선 투과량, 는 퇴적물을 수용하지 않은 배관을 투과한 감마선 투과량, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물의 감마선 감쇠계수, 는 측정대상인 퇴적물의 높이)
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기구부(4)의 이동 간격, 측정시간, 배관의 종류별 특성을 사용자가 임의로 입력할 수 있는 기구부 제어 알고리즘을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 감마선을 이용한 배관 퇴적물 검출장치.

- 제2항에 있어서,퇴적물 검출 결과 자료를 저장 및 관리할 수 있는 DataBase를 포함하여 측정 자료를 검사자, 일자, 검사개소 별로 조회 가능하며 조회결과를 표 또는 그래프로 표기할 수 있는 기능을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 감마선을 이용한 배관 퇴적물 검출장치.
