- 테스트 화합물을 인체에서 분리한 도파민성 신경세포와 접촉시키는 단계; 상기 도파민성 신경세포에서 Nurr1 활성의 증가 또는 감소를 측정하는 단계; 및 테스트 화합물의 존재 하의 Nurr1의 활성이 테스트 화합물의 부재 하의 Nurr1의 활성보다 증가하면 테스트 화합물이 도파민 D2 리셉터의 작용제(agonist) 라고 판단하고, 또는 테스트 화합물의 존재 하의 Nurr1의 활성이 테스트 화합물의 부재 하의 Nurr1의 활성보다 감소하면 도파민 D2 리셉터의 길항제(antagonist)라고 판단하는 단계를 포함하는, 도파민 D2 리셉터의 조절자를 스크리닝하는 방법.
