Claims (5)
- 순 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금으로 된 임플란트의 표면에 수산화 아파타이트 입자를 100℃이하의 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨, 수소 캐리어가스 중 하나 또는 둘 이상의 가스에 실어 10-1 torr이하로 감압된 진공챔버에서 고속 충돌시켜 30㎛ 이하의 두께로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체친화성 임플란트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공챔버에서의 수산화 아파타이트 입자 고속 충돌속도는 초당 100m 이상임을 특징으로 하는 생체친화성 임플란트 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코팅두께는 100nm ~ 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체친화성 임플란트 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 아파타이트 입자의 크기는 100nm ~ 50㎛임을 특징으로 하는 생체친화성 임플란트 제조방법.
