- 이매패류가 서식할 수 있는 기질이 충진되고, 외부는 그물망에 의해 둘러싸인 망구조의 내부함과;상기 내부함을 수납하는 망구조의 외부함;으로 구성된 양식함을 포함하되,상기 양식함에서 양식되는 이매패류가 바지락일 경우, 내부함에 투입되는 기질은 분급도가 2.5~4이고, 평균입도가 -1~3인 갯벌의 퇴적물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 외부함에는 상·하 적층되는 또 다른 외부함과 결합하기 위한 결합수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 외부함 하단에 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상단에는 상기 결합돌기에 대응되는 결합홈이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 양식함의 최하층바닥면에는 받침대를 구비하여 갯벌과 양식함 사이에 공간을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 외부함이 그물망에 의해 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 양식함을 갯벌에 고정하기 위한 고정장치가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이매패류 양식장치.
