Claims (6)
- 피드백을 이용한 선형 증폭 회로에 있어서,(1) 입력신호를 증폭시키는 공통 에미터 방식의 주 트랜지스터(Q5)와, 출력 임피던스를 구성하는 액티브 부하인 제1 트랜지스터(Q2), 및 상기 출력 임피던스의 크기를 결정하는 바이어스 저항(Rbias)을 포함하며, 상기 출력 임피던스의 크기에 의해 증폭률이 결정되는 공통 이미터 단(Common Emitter Stage);(2) 상기 주 트랜지스터(Q5)에 의해 증폭된 신호를 입력받아 푸시-풀 방식으로 구성된 제2 트랜지스터(Q3) 및 제3 트랜지스터(Q4)를 통과한 신호를 출력하는 푸시-풀 단(Push-Pull Stage); 및(3) 연산 증폭기(OP-AMP)를 포함하고, 상기 푸시-풀 단(Push-Pull Stage)에서 출력된 신호를 상기 연산 증폭기의 입력 중 하나의 신호로 인가하여 안정화시키며, 상기 연산 증폭기를 통과하여 출력된 신호를 다시 상기 주 트랜지스터(Q5)의 입력으로 인가하여 증폭시키는 피드백 제어 단(Feedback Stage)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,전류 거울(Current Mirror)에 의해 바이어스 전류를 제공하는 바이어스 단(Bias Stage)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 선형 증폭 회로.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피드백 제어 단은, 적어도 하나 이상의 저항을 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 저항에 의해 상기 선형 증폭 회로의 전체 증폭률이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 선형 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선형 증폭 회로는, 초미세 전기기계 시스템(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems; MEMS)과 함께 사용되는 것을 특징으로 선형 증폭 회로.
