Claims (4)
- 중량%로, 탄소 0.40-0.60%, 실리콘 2.0-4.0%, 망간 0.1-0.8%, 인 0.01%이하, 황 0.01%이하, 질소 0.004-0.013%, 산소 0.005% 이하, 보론 0.001-0.003%, 티타늄 0.005~0.03%를 함유하고, 여기에 니켈 0.3-2.0%, 바나듐:0.01∼0.5%, 니오븀:0.01∼0.5%로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불순물로 조성되며, 상기 티타늄(Ti), 질소(N), 보론(B)이 다음의 관계, 0.5≤Ti/N≤2.0, 2≤N/B≤8, 1.0≤(Ti+5B)/N≤3.5를 만족하는 블룸을 얻는 단계,상기 블룸을 1260±30℃의 범위에서 100±20분 동안 재가열하여 강편압연하여 빌레트를 얻는 단계 및,상기 빌레트를 10℃/분이상의 가열속도로 1050±50℃의 가열온도로 승온하여 이 온도구간에서 30분이상 유지하여 선재압연하여 선재를 얻는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 연화열처리 생략형 고실리콘 첨가 중탄소 선재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강편압연한 빌레트의 표면에는 0.05∼0.2mm 두께의 페라이트 탈탄층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 연화열처리 생략형 고실리콘 첨가 중탄소 선재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선재압연은 30mm이하로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연화열처리 생략형 고실리콘 첨가 중탄소 선재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선재는 흑연립크기가 50㎛이하, 흑연립 상분율이 0.1%이상임을 특징으로 하는 연화열처리 생략형 고실리콘 첨가 중탄소 선재의 제조방법.
