Claims (4)
- 보링척에 삽입되어 연동 회전하도록 삽입부가 형성됨과 아울러 삽입부에 대해 수직으로 형성된 일정 길이의 회전부와, 상기한 회전부에 승강 수단으로 결합됨과 아울러 레이저측정기가 설치되어 있는 검사블럭과, 상기한 레이저측정기에서 조사된 레이저로 위치 측정 가능하도록 구성된 다수의 타켓과, 상기한 타켓을 공작물에 탈부착 가능하도록 구성된 탈착수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 보링척과 공작물의 센터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 타켓은 전면에 레이저측정기가 감지할 수 있도록 감지부가 형성되어 있고, 감지부의 주위를 검은색으로 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 보링척과 공작물의 센터링 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기한 탈착 수단은 상기한 타켓의 저면에 설치됨과 아울러 금속인 공작물에 쉽게 부착시킬 수 있도록 소정 자력의 자석으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 보링척과 공작물의 센터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 승강수단은 회전부가 삽입되도록 검사블럭에 형성된 이동공과, 상기한 검사블럭에 형성되고 이동공과 연통되도록 형성된 나사공과, 상기한 나사공에 나사 결합되어 회전부를 가압하여 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 고정볼트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 보링척과 공작물의 센터링 장치.
