Claims (1)
- 디코딩할 픽쳐의 현재 블록을 디코딩하는 디코더에 있어서,상기 현재 블록 이외의 다른 블록의 적어도 하나의 움직임 벡터를 획득하고,상기 다른 블록은 다수의 레퍼런스 픽쳐들 집합에 대한 레퍼런스 인덱스에 의해 참조되는 적어도 하나의 레퍼런스 픽쳐를 참조하며,상기 디코딩할 픽쳐의 픽쳐 디스플레이 순서 정보와 상기 적어도 하나의 레퍼런스 픽쳐의 픽쳐 디스플레이 순서 정보 사이의 차이를 획득하고,상기 획득된 차이를 기반으로 상기 적어도 하나의 움직임 벡터를 사용하여 상기 현재 블록에 대한 움직임 벡터를 예측하여 상기 현재 블록을 디코딩하는 디코더.
