Claims (4)
- 다수의 전지셀을 포함하는 제1 내지 제N전지모듈을 구비하는 배터리 장치의 전압측정장치에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제N전지모듈에 포함된 각 전지셀의 전압을 전지모듈 별로 충전하는 제1 내지 제N전압측정용 커패시터;각 전압측정용 커패시터별로 충전된 전압을 센싱하여 출력하는 제1 내지 제N전압측정부;각 전지모듈에 포함된 전지셀을 대응하는 전압측정용 커패시터에 연결 또는 해제시키고, 상호 대응하는 전압측정용 커패시터와 전압측정부를 연결 또는 해제하는 스위칭 수단; 및상기 스위칭 수단을 제어하여, 상기 제1 내지 제N전지모듈의 어느 한 전지 셀을 대응하는 제1 내지 제N전압측정용 커패시터에 각각 충전시킨 후 순차적으로 각 전압측정용 커패시터에 충전된 전지셀 전압을 대응하는 전압측정부를 통하여 센싱하고, k(2≤k≤N)번째 전지모듈의 전지셀 전압을 센싱하는 동안 k-1번째 전지모듈의 다른 전지셀 전압을 k-1번째 전압측정용 커패시터에 충전하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압측정장치.

- 다수의 전지셀을 포함하는 제1 내지 제N전지모듈의 셀 전압을 측정하는 방법으로서,상기 제1 내지 제N전지모듈에 포함된 어느 한 전지셀의 전압을 전지모듈 별로 마련된 제1 내지 제N전압측정용 커패시터에 개별적으로 충전하는 단계; 및상기 제1 내지 제N전압측정용 커패시터에 충전된 전지셀 전압을 순차적으로 센싱하되, k(2≤k≤N)번째 전지모듈의 전지셀 전압을 센싱하는 동안 k-1번째 전지모듈의 다른 전지셀 전압을 k-1번째 전압측정용 커패시터에 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압측정방법.
