Claims (5)
- 유체가 흐르도록 양측을 관통하는 유로(10)가 형성되고, 유체가 유입되어 와류가 발생되면 그 발생된 와류의 물리적변화를 전기신호로의 변환을 위해 유체가 일시 저장되도록 유로(10) 사이에 배치된 몸통(20)과, 상기 몸통(20)의 양측에 형성된 유로(10)에 유체공급부와 유체수요부를 각각 연결시키도록 캡 형상으로 형성된 결합부재(30)(40)를 포함 구성된 유량계에 있어서,상기 몸통(20)내에는 유입된 유체의 정상적인 흐름을 방해하여 유관(24)내에 와류를 발생시키는 와류발생부재(21)와, 상기 와류발생부재 하류의 와류 작용범위내에 설치되어 와류에 의한 물리적변화량을 효율적으로 제어부에 전달할 수 있도록 그 하부면이 중앙쪽으로 경사진 굴곡진 형상(U)으로 제조된 센서캡(51)에 복수 층으로 적층된 압전센서(52)를 삽입 몰딩한 유량센서부(50)를 포함 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 와류식 유량계.
