좌우측으로 양분되어 지중에서 전주 하단부를 감싸는 전주공을 갖는 사각판체로, 상기 전주공의 사면중심측 내주연에는 상측으로 접지선이 수직삽입되는 접지선삽입홈이 각각 형성되고, 접지선삽입홈 중심에는 하부로 접지선 심재가 삽입되는 심재삽입홈이 형성되며, 사방측면 중심에는 심재삽입홈과 관통되는 작동공이 형성되되 반원형상으로 상기 심재를 감싸는 도체인 반원관을 갖고 반원관 중심측에서 작동공으로 돌출되어 스프링이 감겨지는 스프링지지바를 갖는 통전대가 형성되고, 고정판에 의해 사방측면 중심에 고정되되 상기 작동공 연장선상에 스프링이 탄발되는 스프링작동관이 돌출되고 스프링작동관 외주연에는 외측나사부가 형성되는 도체인 고정구가 형성되며, 사방측면의 작동공 좌우측 상부에는 반원홈이 형성되고, 사방사면 중심 선단부에는 하부로 상기 반원홈 중심과 관통되는 볼트공이 형성되며, 좌우측 상면 선단부에는 하부로 결합공이 각각 형성되는 콘크리트연결받침대와;A rectangular plate body having a pole hole that is divided into left and right sides and wraps the lower end portion of the pole in the ground.At the inner circumferential edge of the pole hole, a ground wire insertion groove is formed in which the ground wire is vertically inserted upward, and the bottom of the ground wire insertion groove is located downward.
