Abstract

A composition for production of cutting wheel and a cutting wheel therefrom are provided to obtain uniform density in cutting wheel by preventing barium sulfate from foaming in sintering process and to neutralize sulfur dioxide in resin during cutting process using the cutting wheel which is equipped in hand grind by the action of sulfur in filler of the composition. A composition for production of cutting wheel comprises: a ceramic compound(11) comprising ceramic powder type 1 of particles of strong property, ceramic powder type 2 of particles of weak property and alumina zirconia abrasive; and a filler comprising iron oxide, barium sulfate, cryolite, liquid resin, powder resin, carbon and lamp oil, wherein the filler comprises 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of sulfur with respect to 100 parts by weight of the ceramic combination.
