- 합성수지의 섬유사를 라셀방식으로 직조하는 합성수지망 제조단계(S1)와, 원적외선 세라믹 파우더를 액상화시키는 파우더 액화단계(S2)와, 상기 액상의 세라믹 파우더를 상기 합성수지망 표면에 융착시키는 파우더 융착단계(S3);로 구성된 도로 및 단지의 안전을 위한 안개소산방무네트 제조방법에 있어서,상기 원적외선 세라믹 파우더는 전체 100중량%에 대하여 이산화규소() 55~65중량%, 산화알루미늄() 13~18중량%, 하이드록시아파타이트(Hydroxyapatite) 8~12중량%, 산화티타늄() 3~7중량%, 산화코발트(CoO) 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화크롬() 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화니오브(NbO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화란탄(LaO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화이트륨(YO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화게르마늄(GeO) 0.8~1.2중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 및 단지의 안전을 위한 안개소산방무네트 제조방법.
- 청구항 2의 방법에 의하여 제조되어,라셀방식으로 직조된 합성수지망의 표면에 원적외선 세라믹 파우더가 융착되어 제조되되, 상기 원적외선 세라믹 파우더는 전체 100중량%에 대하여 이산화규소() 55~65중량%, 산화알루미늄() 13~18중량%, 하이드록시아파타이트(Hydroxyapatite) 8~12중량%, 산화티타늄() 3~7중량%, 산화코발트(CoO) 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화크롬() 1.5~2.5중량%, 산화니오브(NbO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화란탄(LaO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화이트륨(YO) 0.8~1.2중량%, 산화게르마늄(GeO) 0.8~1.2중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안개소산방무네트.
