- (ㄱ) 초기 계측데이터인 재하하중 및 비트 회전력, 코아 크기 또는 드릴 크기, 근입깊이의 변수를 초기화 시키는 단계(100);(ㄴ) 현장 여건과 콘크리트 및 숏크리트의 상태를 고려하여 코어링 또는 드릴링 작업을 수행하기 위한 일정재하 하중 또는 비트 회전력, 코어 크기 또는 드릴 크기를 설정하는 단계(110);(ㄷ) 설정된 조건하에서 콘크리트 부재 및 숏크리트에 대한 현장계측 업무인 코어링 또는 드릴링 작업을 실시하는 단계(120);(ㄹ) 코어링 또는 드릴링 작업을 실시하면서 재하하중, 비트 회전력, 코아 크기 또는 드릴 크기, 근입깊이의 각종 데이터를 측정하는 단계(130);(ㅁ) (110)에서 설정된 재하하중 또는 비트 회전력의 적정성 여부를 판단하는 단계(140);(ㅂ) 설정된 근입깊이에 도달하였는지의 여부를 판단하는 단계(150);(ㅅ) 측정 자료를 저장하는 단계(160)로 이루어지는 현장계측작업을 특징으로 하는 열화 콘크리트 및 시공 중 숏크리트의 강도 분석방법
- (ㄱ) 재하하중, 비트 회전력, 코아 크기 또는 드릴 크기, 근입 깊이의 현장 측정 자료를 입력하는 단계(200);(ㄴ) 입력된 측정 자료를 저장하여 데이터베이스를 구축하는 단계(210);(ㄷ) 작업 조건별로 데이터베이스를 분류하고, 새롭게 추가된 정보를 토대로 기존의 데이터베이스를 갱신하는 단계(220);(ㄹ) 계측된 자료와 콘크리트 및 숏크리트 강도간의 상관관계를 회귀분석이나 인공신경망기법의 다양한 통계분석 툴을 통하여 분석하고 관계식을 산정하는 단계(230);(ㅁ) 분류된 자료와 일치하는 상관관계식이 존재하는지의 여부를 판단하는 단계(240);(ㅂ) 상관관계식을 통하여 콘크리트 및 숏크리트의 압축강도를 추정하는 단계(250);(ㅅ) 해당 부재에 대하여 실내 일축압축강도시험을 실시한 결과가 있는지 여부를 판단하고 시험결과가 있는 경우에는 데이터베이스를 새롭게 갱신하는 단계(260);(ㅇ) 추정된 압축강도를 신뢰도 및 오차범위와 함께 출력하는 단계(270)로 이루어진 각종 계측데이터를 데이터 베이스화함을 특징으로 하는 열화 콘크리트 및 시공 중 숏크리트의 강도 분석방법
