Description
다시 말하면, 상기 커넥터(28a)(28b)는 상기 상부기판(10)에 형성된 제1센서라인(18)과 제2센서라인(22)에 각각 연결되어 있고, 상기 하부기판(미도시)과는 이격되도록 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
Claims (3)
- 게이트전극 및 공통전극이 형성된 하부기판과, 블랙매트릭스와 컬러필터 및 오버코팅막이 형성된 상부기판을 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 상부기판상에 제1방향으로 신장되는 다수의 제1센서라인을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1센서라인을 포함한 오버코팅막상에 제1절연막을 형성한 다음, 상기 제1절연막상에 상기 블랙매트릭스와 중첩되고 상기 제1방향과 수직하는 제2방향으로 신장되는 다수의 제2센서라인을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2센서라인을 포함한 제1절연막상에 제2절연막을 형성한 다음, 상기 제1센서라인 및 제2센서라인의 표면 일부가 노출되도록 상기 제2절연막 및 제1절연막을 선택적으로 제거하여 다수의 홀을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 다수의 홀 각각에 커넥터를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커넥터는 상기 상부기판의 제1센서라인과 제2센서라인에 각각 연결되고, 상기 하부기판에서 이격되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커넥터는 상기 하부기판상의 공통전극 또는 게이트전극과 단락되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
