A safety cap for a valve-handle is provided to safely manage the valve handle by fundamentally blocking unauthorized operation of the valve handle. A safety cap for a valve-handle includes a body(10) and a cover(12). The body is composed of a pair of semicircular side wall units(14,14') and a pair of divided body units(10a,10b). The pair of divided body units has a pair of semicircular lower wall units(18,18') with a pair of semicircular opening units(16,16'). The pair of divided body units is connected to each other by a pair of hinges(20,20') and a hinge pin(22). One divided body unit has a hinge(24). The other divided body unit has a projection(32) with a hole(30). One side of the cover has a hinge(26) corresponding to the hinge of the one divided body unit and is connected to the one divided body unit by a hinge pin(28). The other side of the cover has a projection(36) with a hole(34) corresponding to the projection with the hole of the other divided body unit.
