- 삭제
- 브라인순환수단 및 수용액순환수단을 포함하여 구성되는 동적형 방식을 이용한 빙축열시스템에 있어서,브라인에 의한 열교환을 통해 수용액을 냉각시키기 위한 외부냉동기와, 상기 브라인을 순환시키기 위한 브라인순환펌프와, 상기 브라인의 유동량을 조절하기 위한 브라인유량조절밸브, 및 상기 브라인이 순환할 수 있도록 유로를 형성하는 브라인순환배관으로 구성되는 브라인순환수단과; 상기 브라인순환수단에 의해 냉각되는 상기 브라인과의 열교환을 통해 상기 수용액의 과냉각이 이루어지는 과냉기; 및 상기 과냉기에서 과냉각된 수용액을 과냉각 상태로 순환시킴과 동시에 상기 수용액의 얼음슬러리가 생성되도록 구동하는 수용액순환수단;을 포함하여 구성되되,상기 과냉기는 상기 브라인 및 수용액의 유로가 판상에 일정간격을 유지하면서 형성된 다중의 냉각판과, 상기 냉각판의 전후에 각각 결합되고 내부로 순환하는 상기 브라인 및 수용액을 밀폐시키는 가스켓, 및 상기 가스켓의 최외각 양측에 결합/지지하는 한 쌍의 지지대로 구성되고;상기 냉각판에 형성되는 유로의 형상이 상기 브라인 및 수용액의 유동 방향과 수평으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압형 과냉기를 이용한 유동빙 제조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수용액순환수단은 상기 수용액이 순환하도록 유로를 형성하는 배관과, 상기 수용액이 저장되고, 얼음슬러리가 형성되는 축열탱크와;상기 축열저장장치의 수용액을 순환시키기 위한 수용액순환펌프와;상기 수용액순환펌프를 통해 배출된 수용액이 저장되고, 상기 축열탱크 내의 수용액 수면높이를 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 상기 수용액의 유동량을 조절하는 플로우밸브가 내장된 수용액탱크와;상기 수용액탱크의 수용액을 가압하여 순환시키기 위한 가압용순환펌프와;상기 가압용순환펌프와 병렬 연결되고, 상기 과냉기로 들어가는 수용액의 유량을 증가시키기 위한 바이패스밸브와;상기 가압용순환펌프 및 바이패스밸브에서 나오는 수용액 속의 얼음슬러리 일부 입자가 상기 과냉기로 침투하는 것을 방지하기 위해 얼음입자를 제거시키는 히터장치와;상기 히터장치를 지나서 나오는 수용액의 유량을 조절하기 위한 제1유량조절밸브와;상기 과냉기와 축열탱크 사이에 구비되고, 상기 과냉기에서 나오는 수용액의 유량을 조절하기 위한 제2유량조절밸브; 및상기 수용액이 순환할 수 있도록 유로를 형성하는 수용액순환배관을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압형 과냉기를 이용한 유동빙 제조장치.
