Claims (8)
- 질의펄스신호를 생성하여 타이어로 송신하는 송신부와, 타이어 내부의 압력을 감지하고 그 압력에 따라 상기 질의펄스신호를 변조하여 반송하는 감지부와, 그 감지부로부터 반송된 신호를 수신하는 수신부를 구비하는 타이어 압력 감지 시스템(TPMS; Tire Pressure Monitoring System)을 이용하여 타이어 내부의 압력을 감지하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법에 있어서,상기 송신부에서 상기 질의펄스신호를 생성하여 타이어의 내부로 송신하는 송신단계;상기 감지부에서 감지된 압력신호를 상기 질의펄스신호에 실어서 압력펄스로 반송하는 압력펄스반송단계;상기 감지부에서 상기 질의펄스신호에 압력신호를 싣지 않고 기준펄스로 반송하는 기준펄스반송단계;상기 수신부에서 상기 압력펄스와 기준펄스를 수신하는 수신단계;상기 수신단계에서 수신된 상기 압력펄스와 기준펄스를 샘플링하여 디지털 데이터로 기억장치에 저장하는 샘플링단계; 및상기 샘플링단계에서 저장된 상기 압력펄스와 기준펄스 데이터를 분석하여 타이어 내부의 압력을 판독하는 판독단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판독단계는,상기 압력펄스의 데이터 중 최대값에 해당하는 압력피크를 추출하는 단계; 와상기 기준펄스의 데이터 중 최대값에 해당하는 기준피크를 추출하는 단계;를 거친 후, 상기 압력피크와 기준피크를 비교하여 타이어 내부 압력을 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,미리 정해진 샘플링회수 만큼 상기 송신단계와 압력펄스반송단계와 기준펄스반송단계와 수신단계와 샘플링단계를 반복하고,상기 판독단계는,상기 각 샘플링단계마다 상기 압력펄스의 데이터 중 최대값에 해당하는 압력피크를 추출하여 합산하는 단계; 와상기 각 샘플링단계마다 상기 기준펄스의 데이터 중 최대값에 해당하는 기준피크를 추출하여 합산하는 단계;를 거친 후, 상기 압력피크의 합과 상기 기준피크의 합을 비교 하여 타이어 내부 압력을 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,자동차에 설치된 각 타이어마다 순차적으로 상기 송신단계와 압력펄스반송단계와 기준펄스반송단계와 수신단계와 샘플링단계와 판독단계를 반복하여 수행함으로써, 자동차의 각 타이어의 압력을 실시간으로 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 판독단계에 의해 판독된 타이어 내부 압력이 정해진 안전압력 이하로 떨어지면 이를 운전자에게 알리는 경보단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경보단계는, 경고음을 발생시키는 방법으로 타이어 내부 압력이 상기 안전압력 이하로 떨어졌음을 운전자에게 알리는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경보단계는, 자동차 내부에 설치된 디스플레이를 통해 타이어 내부 압력이 상기 안전압력 이하로 떨어졌음을 운전자에게 알리는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 감지 방법.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 타이어 압력 감지 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
