Claims (9)
- 휴대용 단말기에서 부화면 디코딩 방법에 있어서,부화면을 위한 프레임이 I 프레임(Intra Frame)인지 B 프레임(Bi-directional Frame) 혹은 P 프레임(Predicted Frame)인지 검사하는 과정과,상기 B 프레임 혹은 P 프레임으로 검사된 각 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터를 측정하는 과정과,상기 측정된 소정개수의 평균 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 유사도 판단을 위한 임계값을 결정하는 과정과,상기 각 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터를 상기 임계값과 비교하여 디코딩 여부를 결정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디코딩 여부를 결정하는 과정은,상기 비교 결과 해당 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터가 상기 임계값보다 크거나 같을 시, 상기 해당 프레임을 디코딩하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디코딩 여부를 결정하는 과정은,상기 비교 결과 해당 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터가 상기 임계값보다 작을 시, 상기 해당 프레임을 디코딩하지 않는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 임계값은, 가장 최근에 측정된 소정 개수의 평균 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 갱신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 I 프레임은, 디코딩을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 휴대용 단말기에서 부화면 디코딩 장치에 있어서,부화면을 위한 프레임이 I 프레임(Intra Frame)인지 B 프레임(Bi-directional Frame) 혹은 P 프레임(Predicted Frame)인지 검사하는 프레임 판단부와,상기 B 프레임 혹은 P 프레임으로 검사된 각 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터를 측정하는 유사도 측정부와,상기 측정된 소정 개수의 평균 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 유사도 판단을 위한 임계값을 결정하는 임계값 결정부와,상기 각 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터를 상기 임계값과 비교하여 디코딩 여부를 결정하는 디코딩 판단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 디코딩 판단부는,상기 비교 결과 해당 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터가 상기 임계값보다 크거나 같을 시 상기 해당 프레임의 디코딩을 결정하고, 상기 비교 결과 해당 프레임의 평균 움직임 벡터가 상기 임계값보다 작을 시 상기 해당 프레임을 디코딩하지 않음을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 임계값은, 가장 최근에 측정된 소정 개수의 평균 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 갱신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 I 프레임은, 디코딩을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
