Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나의 전역 흡열 화학 반응을 이용하여 탄화수소를 전환시키는 방법으로서,탄화수소 원료는 적어도 1개의 고체 촉매를 각각 포함하는 적어도 2개의 반응 영역을 연속적으로 횡단하며, 상기 방법은 제2 반응 영역으로 도입되기 전에 2개의 반응 영역 중 제1 반응 영역으로부터의 흐름을 재가열하기 위하여 반응 영역들 사이의 비촉매 영역에서의 중간 재가열 단계를 포함하고, 상기 재가열 단계는 흐름보다 코킹 감도 지수 CS가 작은 열 유체를 이용하여 실질적으로 대류에 의해 열이 전달되는 열 교환기에서 실행되며, 상기 열 유체는 열 교환기의 상류에 있는 노 내에서 가열되고, 열 교환기 입구에서 유체의 온도와 열 교환기 출구에서 흐름의 온도 간에 온도차 △T는 250℃ 미만인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 유체는 현열에 의해서만 열 전달이 가능한 기상의 열 유체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유체인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 열 유체는 약 0.1 내지 약 15 MPa의 압력과 약 400℃를 초과하는 온도의 증기를 주성분으로 포함하는 기상 유체인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 열 유체는 수소가 농후한 기상 흐름, 재순환 가스의 흐름 및 제1 반응 영역의 상류에서 순환하는 원료로부터 탄화수소를 함유하는 기상 흐름으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 유체는 용융 금속과 용융염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 무기 액체 흐름인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온도차 △T의 범위는 10℃ 내지 150℃(상하한 포함)인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 유체는 0.7 MPa 이상 절대 압력의 증기 흐름이며, 열 교환기 출구에서의 상기 흐름의 적어도 일부는 터빈에서 감압되어 동력을 발생시키는 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 터빈은 수소가 농후한 가스를 재순환시키도록 압축기를 구동하며, 이러한 가스는 탄화수소에 첨가되어 수소 압력하에 화학 반응을 수행하는 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 따른 방법을 이용하여, 에탄, 프로판, 노말 부탄, 이소부탄, 분자당 5 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 파라핀, 분자당 4 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 모노 올레핀 화합물, 에틸벤젠 및 이들 탄화수소 중 적어도 2종의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 탄화수소를 탈수소하기 위한 탄화수소의 탈수소화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 약 15 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 파라핀 전환을 달성하도록 분자당 10 내지 14개(상하한 포함)의 탄소 원자를 주성분으로 함유하는 장쇄 파라핀 원료를 탈수소하여, 벤젠 알킬화 원료를 생성하는데, 파라핀 원료는 중간에 열 교환기에서 재가열되면서 탈수소 촉매가 존재하는 적어도 2개의 반응 영역을 횡단하는 것인 탄화수소의 탈수소화 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 반응 영역의 수는 2 내지 6개이고, 이들 영역의 온도는 440℃ 내지 520℃이며, 이들 영역에서 탄화수소에 대한 수소의 몰비는 1:1 내지 15:1인 것인 탄화수소의 탈수소화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열 유체의 흐름은 약 1.5 MPa 내지 약 13 MPa 절대 압력의 증기로 구성되고, 이 열 흐름의 적어도 일부는 열 교환기 출구에서 액화 상태로 분류탑을 리보일링하는 데 이용되는 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 이용하여, 수소하에서 탄화수소를 개질하기 위한 탄화수소의 개질 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 과잉 벤젠이 존재하는 상태로 파라핀 탈수소에 의해 생성된 올레핀을 벤젠을 이용하여 알킬화하는 단계와, 상기 알킬화 단계로부터의 유출물을 증류탑에서 분류하여 비전환 파라핀과 알킬벤젠을 포함한 휘발성이 작은 화합물로부터 과잉 벤젠을 분리하는 단계를 포함하고, 열 교환기 출구로부터의 흐름의 적어도 일부는 상기 증류탑을 리보일링하는 데 이용되는 것인 탄화수소의 탈수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치로서, 사용된 열 교환기는 판형 열 교환기인 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 열 유체는 압력 P1의 증기의 흐름이고, 이 흐름의 일부는 P1보다 높은 압력 P2의 증기의 흐름이 공급되는 증기 이젝터에 의해 열 교환기의 하류에서 재압축되어 상기 열 교환기의 상류에서 적어도 부분적으로 재순환되는 것인 탄화수소의 흡열 전환 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치.
