Abstract

A safe trigger mechanism is provided to allow a user to select a firing operation and a safety mode with the same finger as operating a trigger. A safe trigger mechanism includes a safety unit(1), a trigger(2), an upper safety lock surface(3), and a lower safety lock surface(4). When the safety unit is pressed in a safety mode in which the trigger is prevented from being pressed since the upper safety lock surface contacts the lower safety lock surface, the contact portion between the upper safety lock surface and the lower safety lock surface is eliminated to release the trigger from the safety unit and the trigger is pressed.
